قسماً بمن رفع السماءSwearing by God who erected the sky

قسماً بمن نشر الضياءSwearing by God who spread the light

قطر ستبقى حرةQatar will always be free

تسمو بروح الأوفياءSublimed by the souls of the sinceres

سيروا على نهج الأولىProcede thou on the manners of the ascendants

وعلى ضياء الأنبياءAnd advance on Prophet’s guidance

قطر بقلبي سيرةIn my heart,

عز وأمجاد الإباءQatar is an epic of glory and dignity

قطر الرجال الأولينQatar is land of the early men

حماتنا يوم النداءWho protect us at time of distress,

وحمائم يوم السلامDoves they can be at times of peace,

جوارح يوم الفداءWarriors they are at times of sacrifice
